The Malvern Arley Pavilion is a beautiful garden room which is a fantastic place to work from home, to use as a games room for the children, or just to kick back and relax with friends and family!
As standard each Malvern Arley Pavilion has modern chrome ironmongery, a five lever mortice lock for added security, 38kg bitumen felt roofing in red, green or black, rot proof pressure treated floor joists and a preservative treatment throughout. Our great range of optional extras gives you the ability to tailor your Arley to your own style. By adding either the patterned MDF or tongue and groove lining and insulation your Arley can be used all year round - keeping you warmer through the winter months.
Why Choose a Malvern Arley Pavilion Garden Room?
Choice of Timber Cladding
Choose between redwood, pressure treated, cedar, heavy duty redwood or heavy duty pressure treated. The redwood cladding (both standard and heavy-duty), are pre-treated with a water based preservative inside and out before it leaves the factory. The pressure treated cladding (both standard and heavy-duty), has a long-lasting treatment forced deep inside the timber giving the timber an attractive green hue which complements gardens well. The Western Red Cedar is a beautiful and versatile timber which produces its own natural oils and preservatives making it a durable and rot-resistant species of timber, perfect for a garden summer house.
Double Glazed Windows and Doors
As standard, the Malvern Arley includes half-height, double glazed windows and doors with a single half-height window either gable end of the building. This maximises light into your building - perfect for all uses!
Under 2.5m Height
The Malvern Arley is designed with a ridge height of under 2.5m so that planning permission is only needed in special circumstances.
Chrome Ironmongery
All Malvern Arley and Studio range buildings are supplied with chrome window and door furniture, bringing a high-quality finish to your summerhouse.
Safety and Security
A five-lever mortice lock is included as standard to make sure your building is safe and secure.

All our summer houses include a guarantee against rot and decay:

Malvern Arley Pavilion 12ft x 8ft
The Arley Pavilion is roomy, versatile and above all sturdily built. It's double glazed for year round use with optional internal lining and insulation.
The building pictured has standard style toughened glass windows but has the option of an external paint finish and bitumen felt roof tiles. Optional double (rather than single) doors are also pictured.
Each Arley Pavilion is built to meet our customers' requirements so external colour, internal lining and flooring choices are always on the agenda.
The Arley Pavilion is designed with a ridge height of under 2.5 metres so that planning permission is only needed in special circumstances.
Arley Pavilion in clear cedar with shed option
The Arley can be customised as required for your individual needs.
Here the building is constructed with cedar cladding, and treated with a clear preservative. The RH compartment is double glazed, lined and insulated, and has an attractive and practical laminate floor. The LH section is for storage.
Please sketch out what your requirements are and talk to our staff, either at one of our branches or by freephone. Alternatively you can click to chat on our website!
Integral Shed for Arley and Studio
Our double glazed Arley and Studio ranges of Garden Offices, whether Apex, Pent or Pavilion style, can all be fitted with an optional partition for a shed or storage space.
In this picture of a 14ft x 8ft Arley Pavilion the shed section (4ft wide in this case) is fitted within the LH side. Pent versions would also have the shed conversion to one side or the other whereas Apex versions would have a rear compartment as a shed section if specified.
Please note that the shed section is not lined or double glazed and comes with a joinery made single glazed shed window and a solid, framed and braced shed door.
In this picture of a 14ft x 8ft Arley Pavilion other options are the paint finish, internal MDF lining, bitumen felt roof tiles, and laminate floor.
Please note that the amount of the building converted to shed use is up to you but is normally 4ft, 6ft or 8ft depending on the overall length of the building. The shed area is not an extension added to your building, it is part of the original dimensions.
Arley Pavilion 16ft x 8ft with Shed Partition
This is the standard version of the Arley Pavilion, constructed in deal (pine) and treated with a high quality wood preservative. The building has a couple of additional options: bitumen felt roof tiles which aren't visible in the picture but influence the look of the front facia boards and an integral shed conversion at the LH end which is described in further detail elsewhere amongst these photos.
Arley Pavilion 12ft x 8ft
This 12ft x 8ft Arley Pavilion features a number of the options available with this superb range of double glazed Garden Offices/Summerhouses.
For a start it's finished in one of our 20 countryside colours painted onto the cedar cladding. It has black bitumen felt roof tiles which are extremely hard wearing and good looking. Furthermore the doors and windows are the optional Georgian style.
The beauty of the Arley range is it's flexible design... it really is up to you to add the features that suit your particular location!
Tongue and Groove Internal Lining
The optional tongued and grooved pine lining inside the Arley Pavilion is carefully fitted to provide a pleasant working environment. Because the walls and roof are insulated when the building is lined, the Arley Pavilion will become suitable for all year round use.
We recommend heating the Arley Pavilion with electric thermostatically controlled convector heaters. You can set these to maintain a minimum temperature when you aren't using the building so that paper and equipment remain at the appropriate temperature.
Painted MDF Lining
Choose the optional mdf panels, sprayed with a honeydew paint finish, and you choose a hard-wearing and attractive finish for the inside of your Arley or Studio Garden Office. Pictured here on the Arley (which has half length windows rather than the full length windows featured on Studio models). The MDF lining helps create a light and airy feel to this working environment.
When you choose either the MDF lining, or the tongue and groove lining pictured elsewhere in this gallery, the building is insulated too with a uFoil insulation in the walls and roof.
Georgian Windows
A close up of the optional Georgian Window style available with the Arley range.
These windows are double glazed with toughened safety glass.
One opening window is fitted as standard on each side of the building with a further two fixed windows in the front (one in 8ft wide models). Additional windows are available if required.
Shown here on the Arley Apex model.
Arley Laminate Floors
We are able to offer a selection of attractive laminate floors for our Arley range which, if you choose to have our bespoke fitting teams to install your building, will be fitted at the same time.
Shown here fitted in the Studio range which has full length windows rather than the Arley's half length windows.
Arley Pavilion Single Door
An outward opening single door is included with each Arley garden office. It is double glazed and has a mid rail for strength.
You can specify the door position at the time of ordering.
You can upgrade to a double door should you wish.
Bitumen Felt Tiles
The picture shows the optional bitumen felt tiles. These are available in three colours: black, green or red (pictured). They are very hard wearing and provide an attractive alternative to the standard bituminous felt roof.
Arley Pavilion Windows
4 Double glazed windows are included with each Arley Pavilion (3 are included on the 8ft wide models... you specify their location in the building.)
Two have top opening vents as pictured, the other(s) have fixed transoms.
Deal Cladding
Our standard cladding on the Arley range is 12mm Deal (pine). This is treated with a wash of quality wood preserver both inside and out before it leaves the factory.
This building is also available in 'Pressure treated' or Western Red Cedar cladding.
Pressure Treated Cladding
Pressure treatment is literally that: all components of the building are placed in a large pressurised cylinder which forces the preservative deep into the timber. The formulation of the preservative gives our pressure treated buildings their green/yellow hue which complements so many gardens.
Good looks and an extended lifetime are the main benefits of choosing pressure treated cladding.
Cedar Cladding
Western Red Cedar is well known for its durability, good looks and quality. With its own natural oils, it lasts for many, many years without rotting although we would advise you to treat it with a good quality wood preserver every couple of years to help maintain its good looks.
Our cedar garden offices contain cedar doors, windows and external cladding and trims.
Cedar Slatted Overlap Roof
This picture shows the cedar slatted overlap roof finish available for the Arley Pavilion. Laid over an inner felted roof this gives double protection to the building and is an attractive addition which will weather over the years to a silver grey colour.
Shown here on our Stanford shed range, the principle is exactly the same for the Arley.
Pressure Treated Slatted Overlap Roof
The Arley roof can have pressure treated slats for an extra touch of style at an additional cost. These are laid over a felted inner roof which ensures that it is double weatherproofed!
Cedar slatted roofs are available too. Other options include felt tiles or cedar shingles.
Shown here on our Stanford shed range, the principle is exactly the same on the Arley range.
Chrome fittings
The Arley Pavilion has chrome fittings as standard, consisting of Chrome door hooks, casement stays, hinges and handles.
Laminate floor choices
Each season we take a close look at the range of laminate floors available with our garden offices to ensure they complement the external paint finishes. Here we have 'Hickory Berkeley' for the floor with the external 'Graphite' paint finish.
Tinted Glass Upgrade
Brand new for 2018, the Malvern Arley and Studio range now have the option of tinted glass for additional privacy and security. Perfect for the garden office that may be overlooked by neighbours.
This model is 10ft wide x 8ft deep with attractive cedar cladding and a tongue and groove internal finish with insulation.
