20% OFF ALL MALVERN GARDEN BUILDINGS!
Offer ends 31st January 2019
The Malvern Lincomb is the latest addition to Malvern's traditional shed range. The Lincomb features Georgian windows as standard (including one in the main door) and a new design of 3 external shelves. These stylish features allow for the perfect Cottage shed, especially when combined with an optional painted finish. The shelves are a great item for storing those items which can cope with the elements or, with some potted plants, this shed can become part of your garden's flowering display!
Constructed under the same principles of the Holt and Stanford sheds, the Lincomb features heavy duty framing and flooring, which is perfect for hobby rooms or a working studio. With the option of lining and insulation, you can use this wonderful shed all year round!
Choice of Timber Cladding
Choose between 12mm deal (pine), 12mm pressure treated deal (pine), cedar, 19mm deal (pine) or 19mm pressure treated deal (pine). The 12mm and 19mm deal are pre-treated with a water based preservative inside and out before it leaves the factory. The 12mm and 19mm pressure treated deal has a long-lasting treatment forced deep inside the timber giving the timber an attractive green hue which compliments gardens well. The Western Red Cedar is a beautiful and versatile timber which produces its own natural oils and preservatives making it a durable and rot-resistant species of timber, perfect for a garden shed.
The Malvern Workshop range buildings are supplied as standard with a 38kg heavy duty felt roof (available in green, red or black).
Fully Framed, Ledged and Braced Door with 3 Lever Lock

Just to illustrate that the building can be manufactured with the shelves on the left or the right hand side. We would refer to this one as LH side as we view it from outside the building.
As you would expect, it's important that this is specified at the time of ordering !
The door can be hinged on the left or the right, sometimes an important point depending on where you are positioning the building.
Based on the popular Stanford shed, the Lincomb is a superb addition to any garden. External storage shelves allow easy access for the tools you need urgently, or to display prized pot plants ! They, and the decked floor area below, are constructed in pressure treated timber for long life.
Available in a huge range of sizes it's a real focal point for any garden.
The building pictured has optional two tone paint finish and an optional cedar overlap roof. ( otherwise a heavy duty mineralised felt roof is supplied ). Not visible in the picture is an opening window on the other side with the same Georgian style windows as visible in the door.
This picture illustrates the Canadian Western Red Cedar Shingle Roof option.
Cedar shingles last exceptionally well due to the natural oils within the timber. They will fade to an attractive silver grey over the years or can be retreated with a good preservative stain if you wish.
Another useful option with the Lincomb is the uFoil insulation and tongued and grooved internal lining. This makes your Lincomb a true hobby room or studio with the additional protection this gives.
The picture shows the intersection of the walls and roof and some detail around the roof truss ( larger sizes only )
The uFoil insulation is in the cavity between the walls.
