Offer ends 31st March 2020
Our great range of Robinsons greenhouses combine superb quality and strength along with a stylish un-beatable finish. This 5ft wide Robinsons greenhouse has been designed with the smaller garden in mind, ensuring that every garden can accommodate a Robinsons greenhouse.
The Robinsons Regatta Greenhouse is available in five lengths, from 4ft 6in up to 12ft 8in and comes as standard with features such as 4mm toughened safety glass fitted throughout to give you the reassurance that the whole family (including pets) will be safe, ground level access to prevent trips and to allow easy entry when using a wheel barrow, wheelchair or when carrying pots. Double sliding mini lockable doors are fitted to protect your belongings. The guttering and down pipes that are included are a great way to collect and save precious water to use around your garden. Kick panels are used below the full sheet toughened safety glass to prevent full pane breakage if you happen to accidentally kick or hit the glass with a stone when mowing. Higher 7ft 2in eaves are perfect for the taller gardener or when growing plants such as tomatoes or vines.
Please take a look at our photo gallery for more pictures of completed installations and product features.
Robinsons Box Section Structure
R-PRO glazing bars are made using the unique Robinsons Box Section technology. The sheer strength of the bars themselves means that we do not need to clutter up the inside of the greenhouse with messy braces.
Aluminium Bar Capping
As standard your greenhouse includes aluminium bar capping (PVC for white or mill finish) which holds in the glass firmer and stronger than other greenhouses. It is then finished with a an strip to cover those screws for a high quality finish.
Toughened Safety Glass
4mm toughened safety glass is supplied as standard for strength and safety.
You now have the choice of 5 colour finishes as well as the plain mill finish for your greenhouse. Old Cottage Green, Pastel Sage, Anthracite and Ivory have been added to the existing range, joining Classic White.

Insulating aluminium greenhouses to retain heat for overwintering tender plants and starting off new seedlings can be accomplished by using bubblewrap. This is usually pegged to the frame on the roof as well as the sides and gables but a customer sent in this picture of his solution to the pegging problem :
I have fixed the bubble insulation using three lengths of 13mm aluminium tube cut to length and suspended at the ends from the roof. The bubble wrap then just feeds up and over and down in one piece. It doesn’t require any pegging at all. It then just requires about eight pegs only, to fix the cut and shaped two end pieces. The tube can remain insitu throughout the year .
His building is a 6 x 5 Castle Balvenie but the principle would apply for any other model. Don't forget to disconnect autovents before you fit the bubblewrap or you'll lose all that lovely warm air !
