Choice of Timber Cladding
Choose from 6 different cladding options! Available in 15mm Painted Redwood Cladding, 19mm Painted Overlap Redwood Cladding, 12mm Western Red Cedar, 19mm Vertical Western Red Cedar, 22mm Oak Overlap Cladding and eco-friendly and low maintenance Marley Cedral Composite Cladding.
Double Glazed Windows and Doors
All doors and windows are white PVCu double glazed units as standard and you can upgrade to hardwood, coloured PVCu or powder coated aluminium doors and windows.
Slate Effect Tiled Roof
Included is a slate effect tiled roof with breather membrane on top of 18mm ODB3 roof boards, internally lined with a tongue and groove matchboard lining. Please see below for more information on the build quality of the roof.
MDF Internal Lining
9mm painted MDF walls come as standard with the Wentworth Lytham.
Single Door and 2 Casement Windows
As standard, the Wentworth Sunningdale comes with 2 double glazed 916mm x 1050mm casement windows and a double glazed single door.
Safety and Security
A five-lever mortice lock is included as standard to make sure your building and possessions are safe and secure.
Heavy-duty, moisture-resistant 18mm P5 chipboard flooring board is fixed to 44mm x 100mm C16 structural timber floor joists with 80mm foil backed insulation board fitted between them. Please see below for more information on the build quality of the floor.
Installation and Delivery Included

Internal Lining Upgrades
Upgrade to 9mm painted patterned MDF lining or a neat plasterboard and skim finish.
Choose laminate flooring (available in a choice of finishes), 3 strip oak real wood flooring, an oiled oak floor or carpet tiles.
Door and Window Upgrades
As standard you get white PVC doors and windows however you can upgrade to hardwood, coloured PVC or coloured aluminium!
Upgrade your roof to Marley Mendip or Ashmore roof tiles, western red cedar shingles or twin ply or square asphalt.
The Electrical Pack includes a Consumer unit with RCD breaker, 3 double sockets, 4 wall mounted spotlights and 1 wall mounted 2kw panel heater. We can also provide external lighting, underfloor heating, exterior and interior sockets, or additional internal lighting.
Enhance the look of your building by adding a 4ft Veranda to use as a seating area or a fully glazed front for maximum light inside your building.

As standard, the Sunningdale has 15mm painted redwood shiplap tongue and groove cladding. The shiplap walls are then strengthened with 9mm OSB3 boarding and lined with Dupont Tyvek breather membrane. The walls are constructed using 44mm x 100mm C16 structural timber. The cavity is then filled with 80mm foil backed insulation board. Internally, the walls are lined with 9mm painted MDF panels (plain).
Heavy-duty, moisture-resistant 18mm P5 chipboard flooring board is fixed to 44mm x 100mm C16 structural timber floor joists with 80mm foil backed insulation board fitted between them. Sandwiched between the floor boards and joists is 1000mm gauge damp-proof membrane - the membrane is also under the side walls to prevent damp ingress. Treated timber battens fixed to the floor joists creates a 25mm cavity and allows an airflow under the entire building.
As standard, the Sunningdale has a slate effect tile roof as standard. Dupont Tyvek breather membrane is sandwiched between the 18mm OSB3 roof boards and the 44mm x 100mm C16 structural timber roof joists. 80mm foil backed insulation fills the cavity between the joists and matchboard lining is placed on the inside.
As standard, buildings are painted with a comprehensive paint system to protect and decorate the exterior shiplap cladding. The paint system comprises of an initial undercoat and two top coats of your chosen colour. Tongue and groove boards are pre-sprayed prior to fixing to prevent shrinkage marks. A wide selection of colours are available to suit and in most cases we can match any colour you require, as long as you have the RAL colour code. Various cladding upgrades are available at an additional cost.
Doors and Windows
All doors and windows are white PVCu double glazed units as standard. They have 4mm toughened, low 'E' glass. All opening windows are fitted with lockable key catches. All doors are fitted with a 5 lever mortice lock. Different designs come with a specific number of doors and windows, however, extra can be added to suit different requirements. Positioning of doors and windows is determined by you.
Wentworth 10 Year Warranty
All Wentworth garden rooms are backed up with a 10 year timber warranty. This warranty is subject to all exterior paintwork being maintained in line with the manufacturers' recommendations. We leave all of our customers with a tin of paint to help preserve their building. All other workmanship and materials are guaranteed for a twelve month period, from date of installation. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
An optional extra on all Wentworth models is the corner cut-off.
This is a great option to choose if you have a square building that you want to site in a corner of your garden, creating a unique feature.
The overhanging roof section also provides a little bit of shelter against wet weather.

All of our Wentworth Garden Offices will be delivered and installed (where applicable) by our skilled team of fitters - ensuring that your garden office arrives in perfect condition and it is assembled to the highest standard.
Please be aware that you will need to provide a good, strong and level base constructed from either slabs or concrete. This will need to be completed prior to our delivery date, ensuring that it is set and strong enough for that building to sit on.
We will always confirm these details with you at point of order and we can provide you with base plans so that no detail is left out - ensuring that your garden office will be both delivered and installed without any inconvenience.
As with all of our garden buildings, we like to provide our customers with a suitable delivery time. We always give good notice of our arrival date, allowing you to be sure it is the right time for you. We always appreciate any helpful information regarding access to your pre-prepared base area and any details you may need to share with us about reaching you - so that the delivery process can run as smoothly as possible.
Our delivery times can vary from season to season, but typically you should expect to receive your building around 4-6 weeks from point of order. All of our buildings are made to order, so during the busy spring to summer seasons this may increase to 6-8 weeks - dependant on the building that you purchase.
