To produce a building to your specification, a survey is required by our specialist surveyors. We will be happy to discuss your ideas with you at any of our branches and provide you with drawings and costings to ensure that we can produce the building that meets your exact requirements and gives you many years of service. This Browns By Design building is based upon the Kilmory garden room, with a few modifications.
The size has been altered to fit the customers available space and the cladding is clear finished, vertical redwood cladding.
The natural timber makes a striking contrast against the Anthracite windows and doors, matching the customers house extension.
With Browns by Design, we have numerous choices of cladding options.
You can make your building stand out, by having Oak overlap cladding, vertical cedar cladding, or as display here featheredge English Larch cladding.
This building looks stunning with its rustic look and right at home amongst the trees and shrubs. The anthracite sliding doors and windows gives a nice contrast.
Here this customer has requested a unique L-Shaped garden room.
This is a great idea if you are short on garden space and looking to maximise your gardens' potential, or you don't want to encroach too much on your garden space.
The building is split into two sections, a shed storage area on the left and a garden office to the right.
Another great idea for customers who have very little garden space is a corner shaped garden room.
This building fits perfectly into the corner of this garden and with a pent sloping roof, is unobtrusive and sits perfectly under the canopy of the surrounding trees.
Finished in Anthracite paint and Anthracite doors and windows, gives this garden room the modern look.
The great benefit of 'Browns by Design', means you get to be the main designer!
You might want a specific type of window or quantity and you may want them arranged in a specific way. This building for example has 3 privacy windows to the rear and a sliding patio door on the right hand side.
With Browns by Design, we will endeavour to manufacture the garden building to your design and requirements!
Every Browns garden office includes a privacy vent window to the rear as standard. These letterbox windows are perfect to allow additional light to reach the back of the building and also provide ventilation.
Extra privacy vent windows can be added to your garden room at an additional charge.
Available in White or as pictured here - Anthracite.
The internal lining provided with all Browns garden rooms is grooved MDF boards, painted in a colour of your choice. Here the lining is painted in 'Silver Grey' which gives a nice contrast against the white bullnose skirting board, another standard feature on Browns garden rooms.
Light Oak laminate flooring is an available option, should you want to complete the internal finish of your garden room. This will be fitted at the same time your building is installed.
All buildings are fitted with painted 4mm plywood sheets to line the roof. Joining strips seal the joints of plywood and also where the plywood meets the MDF wall lining.
25mm celotex foil backed foam boarding is sandwiched between the roof and plywood lining, providing plenty of insulation.
Anthracite coloured plastisol coated roof sheets are fitted to all Browns garden rooms regardless of roof style (pent or pavilion). These roof sheets also have an anti-condensation coating to prevent any damp.
Guttering and downpipes are fitted for rainwater drainage and/or collection.
