This Double Advantage White Pent Mansard is 16ft6 wide and 16ft3 deep. the building features a number of maintenance free features, including white uPVC fascias and vergeboards and white uPVC guttering to both the front and rear.
The particular building has had the vertically ribbed up and over doors upgraded to Georgian doors, the 4ft white fixed window upgraded to a 4ft opening window and the addition of a 3ft wide galvanised steel personnel door in white.

This is a display building from our Ferndown branch of GBC. It is a Spar finish Advantage White Pent Mansard garage with brick front posts, black guttering and downpipes front and rear, and the 'Charcoal' coloured Metrotiles on the front roof section. The front door has been upgraded to a Georgian style and there's an additional half glazed white PVCu personnel door on the LH side.
Maintenance free PVCu vergeboards and facias are standard features of the Advantage White Pent Mansard range.
Making your garage weather-tight is very important and two of the key elements of this are shown in this picture. When installed, your garage fitters will seal between the panels with a water resistant mastic sealant which prevents draughts and damp. The fitters will then fill and smooth around the bottom edge as shown in the picture with a sand/cement fillet.
Hormann doors have an unrivalled reputation for providing easy lift up and over doors. They are secure, reliable and feature an external frame for strength and good looks. The picture here illustrated a horizontally ribbed up and over door, but a vertically ribbed white up and over door are a standard feature of the Advantage white range.

All concrete garages include installation by an expert team of builders. A concrete base needs to be prepared by you prior to delivery. Base plans for each building and base-building information is available, to ensure that there are no issues when we deliver and install.
As all of our concrete garages are very heavy, they are normally delivered using large lorries. So that we can be sure that buildings are safe and undamaged when unloaded, we also use lorry-mounted fork-lifts to manoeuvre the concrete panels.
To be able to do this, we will need to ask you questions relating to access and the size of lorry that will be able to reach your property. Once you have placed your order, you will be asked to fill out a 'help-the-driver' form that will give you the opportunity to give as much detail as possible - allowing us to deliver and install your new garage.
As there are so many variations in our range of garages and each one is made to order, you should expect to receive delivery of your new building around 4-6 weeks from when your “help the driver” form has been sent back to us.
