7ft x 5ft Scandinavian
This is the smallest model in the Scandinavian range. The cabin area is 7ft x 5ft and the verandah is 2ft wide. The building pictured has optional Georgian windows and doors.
7ft x 5ft Scandinavian
This is the basic 7 x 5 Scandinavian with large pane windows. This is a cheaper option than the Georgian window style also pictured here. This building has been dressed up a little with the addition of square leadwork to the windows.
This is a showbuilding at one of our nationwide display centres. Each year we sell off all our buildings to keep our displays looking fresh and up to date. Details of our display building sales can be found elsewhere in our website.
8ft x 6ft Scandinavian Summerhouse
This is the basic model in the Scandinavian Summerhouse range.
This is an old picture and the verandah is now 3ft deep as standard on 8ft, 10ft and 12ft width Scandinavian Summerhouses.
The 7ft wide Scandinavian pictured above has a 2ft wide verandah as standard.
8ft x 8ft Scandinavian
This Scandinavian Summerhouse is constructed in Deal(Pine). The verandah and roof overhang have been removed. The windows are the basic shape but they have had square leadwork applied.
8ft wide x 10ft Scandinavian
The Scandinavian Summerhouse has been a favourite for more than 20 years and this picture illustrates why ! From the moulded bargeboards, verandah and external logroll cladding to the details such as diamond leadwork in the windows and secure locking double doors, every detail has been improved during that time.
Installation by the manufacturer's own fitting team is an option which is almost universally chosen by our customers ... why not take advantage of their many years of experience !
10ft wide x 8ft Scandinavian Summerhouse
This Scandinavian Summerhouse is constructed with 'Logroll' style pine cladding. It has the optional 5ft verandah instead of the standard 3ft verandah and also has Georgian windows and doors.
10ft x 10ft Scandinavian Summerhouse
This Scandinavian Summerhouse has Cedar cladding. The 3ft verandah is a standard feature. Optional items include the Georgian window style and an overlap cedar roof laid over the normal felted roof.
10ft wide x 12ft Scandinavian Summerhouse
This is a cedar clad Scandinavian Summerhouse and features a number of the options which you can choose for this range. There is a cedar overlap roof laid over the normal roofing felt, there's an additional window on each side and there are bearers under the floor joists to create some extra airflow. The doors and windows are Georgian style too.
Logroll cladding
Logroll is one of three cladding options for this summerhouse. The boards have an attractive rounded shape and are thicker ( 15mm ) at the heart than the standard 12mm deal cladding.
Deal ( Pine ) cladding
Our standard cladding on this summerhouse is 12mm deal ( pine ). This is treated with a wash of quality wood preserver both inside and out before it leaves the factory.
This building is also available with 'Logroll' or Cedarwood cladding.
Cedar Cladding
Cedar is well known for its durability, good looks and quality. With its own natural oils, it lasts for many , many years without rotting although we would advise you to treat it with a good quality spirit based wood preserver every couple of years to help maintain its good looks.
Our 'cedar' summerhouses contain cedar doors, windows and external cladding and trims. They have preservative treated Deal ( pine ) framing, floors and verandahs ( where fitted ).

Deliveries
Deliveries are made by Malvern's own teams of skilled fitters. Lead times are generally no more than 4-5 weeks and you will be given plenty of notice of the date scheduled for delivery/installation.
