Malvern Newland Summerhouse
Product Details
The Malvern Newland summerhouse is new for 2011 and features glass to ground glazing, double locking doors, two fixed windows and two top opening vent windows. The two fixed windows are supplied on either side of the double doors. One opening vent window is positioned in each side of the building.
The Newland has an apex roof with an attractive front overhang and the whole building receives a spirit based preservative treatment before delivery. A high quality felt roof is supplied as standard but you may wish to upgrade to a Cedar slatted roof.
As with all of our Malvern traditional summerhouses, this building has 4mm toughened safety glass as standard. You may wish to upgrade the windows and doors to double glazing.

Deliveries
Deliveries are made by Malvern's own teams of skilled fitters. Lead times are generally no more than 4-5 weeks and you will be given plenty of notice of the date scheduled for delivery/installation.

Newland 10ft wide x 8ft
The Newland is a modern, light and airy building which gives you a great view of your surroundings ! Full length toughened safety glass windows fill the front and there are windows each side for ventilation. One each side is standard, this building has an optional extra window each side.
Available in our usual choices of timber and preservative treated at the factory, the Newland will give many years of service !
Newland 8ft x 8ft
This is a very good looking Newland, painted by our customer in-situ in his garden.
Newland 10ft wide x 10ft
The Newland is available either 8ft or 10ft wide... this is the wider version. Glazing is with class A toughened safety glass in common with all of our summerhouse range. One window is standard at either side with an opening vent. This building has an additional window at each side.
Newland 8ft wide x 8ft
A smaller version of the Newland constructed in logroll timber. Logroll is a wider pine board which gives that Scandinavian look while retaining a smooth finish inside the building.
This 8ft x 8ft Newland has an additional optional window on each side.
