30 more images availableThe elegant and classically designed Hopton summerhouse will compliment and enhance any garden setting. This beautiful garden room remains one of our favourites, available in six different sizes to accommodate varying sizes of garden. Its octagonal design allows it to fit well into numerous positions within your outside space. The perfect garden room to relax in on those long, lazy summer days and evenings.
The external walls, roof, windows and doors are all made from premium clear grade Western Red Cedar. The warm and stable Cedar contains its own oils and preservatives making it a naturally durable and rot-resistant species of timber, perfect for a garden summerhouse.
The Hopton summerhouse is available with either Georgian or leaded style windows and doors, single or double glazed. The five larger sizes have double locking doors with a single door on the smallest model. The Hopton range has varying quantities of opening and fixed windows depending on size and more can be added if required.

New Roof style from 2009
This picture shows the roof of a 12ft x 12ft Hopton with our new style roof shingles which became standard on all models in the Hopton range in 2009. The cedar roof shingles are now pressure treated and used on the eaves as well as on the roof. They retain their colour for longer and need little or no maintenance. The coloured bargeboards pictured on many of the buildings below are still be available if you prefer them but our display and production models now show the eaves style demonstrated in this photograph.
Single Glazed Window Styles
These are the three window options available : Diamond Lead, Square Lead or Georgian style. Single glazed windows have arched tops as photographed.
Double Glazed Leaded windows
These are the two options available for leaded windows. The window tops are square in shape unlike the arch topped single glazed windows. Georgian double glazed windows are also available which are square topped too.
Double Glazed Georgian windows
Double glazing and insulation are popular options with all models in the Cottage Range. Please note that the double glazed windows pictured have square tops unlike the arched top single glazed Georgian windows.
6ft x 6ft Hopton
This 6ft x6ft Hopton is shown with the new roof style which has been supplied with all buildings manufactured since 2009. The cedar roof shingles are pressure treated and used on the eaves as well as on the roof.
This attractive building is painted in Malvern Green with the interior, windows and door in Honeydew. The windows are single glazed in Georgian style.
Installation by the specialist Cottage Range fitters is all part of the package.
All buildings in our Cottage Range are glazed with toughened safety glass.

This Double Glazed 10ft x 10ft Hopton summerhouse has the new style shingle roof launched for 2009.
The building is warm and comfy despite the weather, not only are the windows double glazed but the walls and roof are also insulated to make it as heat effecient as possible.
12ft x 12ft Hopton Summerhouse
This new size Hopton was introduced in October 2008. Please note the new style cedar shingles on the roof and eaves which became standard on all models in the Cottage Range in 2009.
This particular building is single glazed with Georgian style windows and features one of four new deluxe laminate floors. It is an incredibly roomy and impressive summerhouse !

New for 2010 : Chrome handles, casement stays, hinges, hooks and eyes, and bolts.
If you prefer, you can choose a chrome fittings pack with any of our Cottage Range buildings rather than the brass fittings shown in most of these pictures.

Installation
Installation is by Malvern's own team of skilled fitters who are specialists in the Cottage Range. Delivery times vary between 4 and 8 weeks and you will be given plenty of notice of the date scheduled for installation.
