Malvern Garden Studio Summerhouse

The Malvern Garden Studio summerhouse makes an ideal outdoor hobby room or office, particularly if the optional double glazing and lining and insulation pack is purchased.

As standard, this timber building includes a 3ft deep verandah, Georgian style doors and windows with brass furniture, two fixed windows at the front, a top hung full length opening window in both sides, locking doors and a spirit based timber treatment throughout.
There are three options for cladding- 12mm tongue and groove deal or Cedar shiplap or 15mm deal logroll. The summerhouse framing is 33mm x 58mm deal throughout.

Garden Studio 12ft x 8ft

The Garden Studio is a lower cost alternative to our Garden Office range and offers many of the benefits you would expect from a sturdily constructed building of this type. Weatherproof, sturdy and carefully constructed, the Garden Studio is equally at home as an office, a hobby room, or just somewhere to sit and relax.

This studio has double glazed windows and is finished in cedar cladding and demonstrates the cedar slatted roof which is so popular.

The verandah is additional to the size shown above so this building occupies an area 12ft wide x 11ft deep.

Garden Studio 12ft x 8ft

This is a single glazed Garden Studio constructed with cedar cladding and with a cedar slatted roof.

When single glazed, the windows are 'Georgian ' style and three panes high. Additional windows and doors can be added if required.

Garden Studio 12ft x 10ft

This Garden Studio is double glazed ( note the larger windows with top opening vents ). It is constructed in deal ( pine ) and has a mineralised felt roof, keeping the cost down without compromising on quality.

The verandah is a standard feature.

Each Garden Studio offers a versatile space for eating, working or simply relaxing with a cool glass of wine.

The building in this picture is double glazed for all year round use and is constructed with cedar cladding.

The cedar slatted roof is laid on top of the mineralised roofing felt for double protection against the weather and enduring good looks.

Deliveries are made by Malvern's own teams of skilled fitters. Lead times are generally no more than 4-5 weeks and you will be given plenty of notice of the date scheduled for delivery/installation.
