15 more images availableThe Clifton summerhouse is an attractive garden room which has been designed especially to fit into that quiet, peaceful and sunny corner in your garden. The Clifton will fill an awkward corner space providing a focal point, it is also the ideal place to sit and enjoy uninterrupted views of your garden.
The external walls, roof, windows and doors are all made from premium clear grade Western Red Cedar. The warm and stable Cedar contains its own oils and preservatives making it a naturally durable and rot-resistant species of timber, perfect for a garden summerhouse.
Available in five different sizes with either Georgian or leaded windows and doors, either single or double glazed. Each model has a set of double locking doors with two opening windows in each side. Extra windows can be added if required.

New Roof style from 2009
From 2009 new style roof shingles became standard on all models in the Clifton range as illustrated in this picture. The cedar roof shingles are pressure treated and used on the eaves as well as on the roof. The coloured bargeboards we previously used are still available if you prefer them.
The building pictured here is double glazed ( note the square topped windows ) and is 7'8" x 7'8". The colour scheme is 'Blue smoke' with 'Honeydew' Georgian style windows and doors.
Single Glazed Window Styles
These are the three window options available : Diamond Lead, Square Lead or Georgian style. Single glazed windows have arched tops as photographed.
Double Glazed Leaded windows
These are the two options available for leaded windows. The window tops are square in shape unlike the arch topped single glazed windows. Georgian double glazed windows are also available which are square topped too.
Double Glazed Georgian windows
Double glazing and insulation are popular options with all models in the Cottage Range. Please note that the double glazed windows pictured have square tops unlike the arched top single glazed Georgian windows.

It is single glazed with toughened safety glass and has Square leaded windows and doors.
Four opening windows and double doors with solid brass door furniture are standard. A range of attractive laminate floors are available as an optional extra.
7'8" x 7'8" Clifton
This Clifton is finished entirely in Cornsilk paint finish. Like all other buildings in the Cottage Range it is constructed from Cedarwood for long life and easy maintenance.
This one features the Georgian window and door style. It is single glazed with toughened safety glass.

New for 2010 : Chrome handles, casement stays, hinges, hooks and eyes, and bolts.
If you prefer, you can choose a chrome fittings pack with any of our Cottage Range buildings rather than the brass fittings shown in most of these pictures.

Installation
Installation is by Malvern's own team of skilled fitters who are specialists in the Cottage Range. Delivery times vary between 4 and 8 weeks and you will be given plenty of notice of the date scheduled for installation.
