The Malvern Barnstyle Apex shed is a heavy duty shed with a great countryside look about it. The cladding is 23mm pressure treated pine which fits snugly together to create a weatherproof interior. You have the option of upgrading the roof to a pressure treated slatted roof - for an extra touch of style. These are laid over the felted roof which ensures that it is double weatherproofed! Toughened safety glass is used throughout for extra peace of mind.
A full length workbench can be added as an optional extra, ideal if you plan to use the Barnstyle Shed as a potting shed or workshop.
The double doors - which are fully framed, ledged and braced also feature a 3 lever mortice lock for added security and give a full 6ft height clearance. The 20mm tongued and grooved floor and all the heavy duty framework is pressure treated too, so this shed will last a lifetime.

The double door on the Barnstyle shed gives a full 6ft height clearance and features antique style hinges and handle. The 20mm tongued and grooved floor and all the heavy duty framework is pressure treated too, so this shed will last a lifetime.

This picture shows the 10ft wide by 12ft long Barnstyle shed. The windows along the full length are a standard feature as is the double door. The slatted roof is an optional extra.

This is one of the best constucted sheds we've seen in over 20 years in the garden buildings industry. Sturdily constructed in every aspect, this building should give many years of great service.
One change has been made to this prototype; we've made the building slightly higher at the eaves so there's a full 6ft clearance in the doorway.
Barnstyle 23mm pressure treated cladding
Pressure treatment is literally that : all components of the building are placed in a large pressurised cylinder which forces the preservative deep into the timber. The formulation of the preservative gives the pressure treated heavy duty sheds their green / yellow hue which complements so many gardens.
The barnstyle cladding is of heavy duty 23mm timber that locks together to create a smooth finish on the interior.
Good looks and an extended lifetime are the main benefits of choosing pressure treated cladding.
Overlap Roof
The Barnstyle shed roof can have pressure treated slats for an extra touch of style at an additional cost. These are laid over the felted roof which ensures that it is double weatherproofed!
