Stafford Dwarf Wall Greenhouse 8ft x 6ft

Built onto a reclaim brick wall this Stafford Dwarf Wall Greenhouse looks fantastic. The 12" glazing centres give it a style of its own. Specially built for GBC, this greenhouse has been highly popular over the ten years since we launched it !

Stafford Dwarf Wall Greenhouse 8ft x 6ft

This is a beautifully presented showmodel at our Southport display centre.

It features 12" centre glazing, ridge cresting, downpipe set and one automatic roof vent opener.

It is available in powder coated white paint finish as pictured or green, brown, terracotta, and black. Plain aluminium finish is also available at a lesser cost.

Stafford Dwarf Wall Greenhouse 8ft x 8ft

This is the 8'5 x 8'5 version of the Stafford package deal, displayed here in black paint finish. This particular building is a display model at our Warrington branch ( 2011 ) but we display it elsewhere in green or in white. Other colour choices are brown and terracotta.

 This package deal building features optional ridge cresting .

Stafford Dwarf Wall Greenhouse 14ft x 8ft

The Stafford Dwarf Wall greenhouse is available in a large number of different sizes. Shown here to stunning effect is the 14ft x 8ft version in green paint finish. The aluminium components are powder coated and will last a lifetime with no more maintenance required than a wash every now and again!

All of our Stafford greenhouses are supplied with toughened safety glass to BS6206 class A.

This building features 12" glazing centres, optional ridge cresting and downpipe kit.

Stafford Dwarf Wall Greenhouse 16ft x 8ft

This picture shows one of the larger sizes available, 16ft long and 8ft wide. Fitted with a single door, you have the choice of upgrading to a double door on the 8ft wide models.

Supported by cantilever braces there are no legs to get in the way or make it difficult to sweep the greenhouse out. The staging height can generally be adjusted when fitting to suit you.

5 blade louvre window

The package contains a 5 blade louvre window which is glazed with toughened glass. We recommend fitting it at a low level to draw air up through the greenhouse roof vents thus preventing stale air causing mildew.

Also in the picture is an automatic louvre opener, this is not included in the package but is a useful additional accessory

Rainwater pipes and outlets

All that precious rainwater going to waste ? Our  package deal allows you to collect the rainwater for re-cycling.

Two stop ends for the gutters, two 90 degree outlets, downpipes and retaining clips are provided in the rainwater kit.

You will need to provide adequate storage vessels ...plastic barrels or galvanised tanks for instance.

Stafford roof vent

If you choose 12" centre glazing the roof vents are also manufactured with an additional glazing bar to ensure the greenhouse retains its symmetry.

Our package deals include an additional vent with an automatic opener, a vital add-on which helps reduce the internal temperature when you aren't around to deal with it !

12" Glazing Centres

I keep referring to 12" centres in the descriptions of the buildings above. This picture illustrates what I mean. The Stafford is also available with conventional 24" centre glazing but most of the Staffords we supply are constructed as pictured.

Mitred corner sills

This is unique to the Stafford Dwarf Wall range .. the corner sills are mitred neatly to protect the corner brickwork and for good looks too.

Stafford Double Door

This picture illustrates the double door option on an 8ft wide Stafford.

Double doors are a standard feature on 10ft wide Stafford packages.

Ridge crest

The finishing touch ... just to give that Victorian feel to these 21st century greenhouses ! This is an optional extra when choosing a package deal greenhouse.

Construction Pack ... ( extra cost item )

Our Construction Pack consists of glass sucker pad, gloves, 10mm nut spinner, pozidriver and pliers : all you need to construct your greenhouse should you choose the DIY route ( with the exception of stepladders, drill bits and hacksaw )

This is priced at £ 32 if ordered with your package deal and represents excellent value.

A full set of fitting instructions is supplied with every Stafford Greenhouse Package.

D.I.Y ?

Should you choose to install your greenhouse yourself this is what you will find when you unpack the boxes ! The components here are from our smallest greenhouse ( 4ft x 4ft ) but the principle is the same with all sizes. Aluminium components are carefully wrapped and labelled to tell you which section they belong to. All you need to do is follow the instructions on preparing them and assembling them which are also provided. ( Orange booklet in this picture ). All clips, nuts and bolts and rubber glazing beads are provided in the pack too. Glass is delivered at the same time as the greenhouse and stacked where you request.

If you prefer to have your greenhouse installed then please talk to a member of our staff who will be happy to explain the various fitting options available to you.

Interconnecting Rainwater Kit and barrel ( extra cost item )

This picture shows our interconnecting rainwater kit on one of our smaller greenhouses. The normal rainwater kit provides you with two downpipes but for a small extra charge we provide additional piping and joints so that the water can be directed across the back of the greenhouse to join up at one point.

Also pictured is our 110litre water barrel and barrel stand. This is a slimline barrel and is useful where space is limited. It is included in our Solent and Solway packages but is an additional cost option with other greenhouses.

Delivery service

Delivery to mainland England and Wales is included in all of our package prices. It's also included in selected areas of Scotland but you need to check with our staff as we occasionally have to make extra arrangements for areas above the central belt which may cost a little extra.

On delivery the greenhouse and staging are contained in the larger cardboard boxes, the accessory items are grouped together and the glass needs a clear length of wall to lean against, preferably in a garage or outbuilding. In this instance it is safely stacked against a sheltered garden wall. Nothing in the boxes will take any harm if it gets wet during storage, with the possible exception of the instructions; after all, the greenhouse is intended to stand outside in all weather !

You will be advised of the delivery date so you can ensure that the delivery driver can gain access to unload the boxes and glass.
