Hampton Greenhouse 13ft x 8ft

The 8ft wide version of the Hampton Greenhouse is pictured here. In this case it's a building with a huge list of extras ... for a start it has a rear partition which has a low level boarded base. This creates a seperate environment within the greenhouse which can be heated to give seedlings and tender plants a great start to life. They can then be hardened off in the larger section of the greenhouse. Also optional are the guttering, a side window, staging and shelving.

This is a superb, roomy, cedar greenhouse that will give many years of trouble free service.

Hampton Greenhouse 4ft x 6ft

This picture of the superb new straight sided Hampton Greenhouse shows just how roomy even the 4'6" x 6ft   version is.

The building pictured is constructed in cedarwood, has optional staging and shelving and a range of other optional features such as downpipes, automatic roof vent and 6 blade louvre window.

Hampton Greenhouse 4ft x 6ft

This  4ft 6in x 6ft. Hampton Greenhouse makes a real statement in its beautiful setting. The optional cedar base panels hide the accumulated junk inside the greenhouse so only the plants on the staging and shelving are generally visible !

At the heart of this kitchen garden, the Hampton Greenhouse provides a focal point for potting, pricking out and hardening off young plants for the spring season.

Toughened safety glass is fitted for safety and security.

Hampton Greenhouse 4ft x 6ft

The Hampton Greenhouse from the Malvern Collection is available in pressure treated timber as well as in cedarwood.

Pressure treatment is literally that : all components of the building are placed in a large pressurised cylinder which forces the preservative deep into the timber. The formulation of the preservative gives the pressure treated Hampton greenhouses their green / yellow hue which complements so many gardens.

Good looks and an extended lifetime are the main benefits of choosing pressure treated construction.

The 4ft6in x 6ft model is pictured here. Optional staging and shelving are fitted to this building.

Hampton Greenhouse 9ft x 6ft

This is the 8ft 10in long version of the straight sided Hampton Greenhouse, constructed here in cedarwood.

Showing a range of features including 6 blade louvre, gutters and downpipes, automatic vent opener, staging and shelving this is a great place to get growing !

6 blade Louvre window

This is a popular option with Malvern Hampton greenhouses since it allows air to flow into the greenhouse at a low level and displace the stale air that can otherwise cause mildew.

Its position must be specified at the time of ordering since the glass has to be adapted to accomodate it.

Finial

I've included this picture for no reason other than that the Robin decided to join me while I was taking pictures of this greenhouse.

Perched by the greenhouse finial, he seemed more than happy to watch proceedings from arm's length !

Hampton Greenhouse Staging and Shelving

Sturdy, solid cedar runners on cross bracing, supported by heavy duty cantilever brackets ... that's how the greenhouse staging is constructed.

In practical terms it is easy to wipe down as it isn't rough - sawn timber like other makes.   Compare the quality of this staging with anything else on the market and we guarantee you'll be very impressed.

In pressure treated buildings all components of the staging are also pressure treated.

Gutters and Downpipes

These are options with the  Hampton Greenhouse but are a common choice as many customers want to save the rainwater for use in their greenhouses.

They are a narrower gauge than normal domestic rainwater goods.

Automatic Roof Vent Opener

Automatic vent openers come in many shapes and sizes but this is a good,sturdy and well proven opener.

Imagine getting up on a hot summer morning to find everything in your greenhouse has keeled over from the heat ... this is what an automatic opener will help prevent.

As the temperature rises the roof vent will open to ventilate the greenhouse and protect your valuable plants.  These autovents are an optional item with the Hampton Greenhouse.

Hampton Internal Partition

The partition creates a seperate environment within the greenhouse which can be heated to give seedlings and tender plants a great start to life. They can then be hardened off in the larger section of the greenhouse. Illustrated here with boarded base panels, the partitioned area also becomes a handy storage facility in the winter.

The partition can be placed at any panel length in the greenhouse and needs to be specified at the time of ordering.

Hampton side vent

This is a regular option with Hampton greenhouse orders.

The position of any side vents needs to be specified at the time of ordering.

Hampton Boarded Base Panels

You can choose these panels along one section of the greenhouse or all the way round if you prefer.

Available in cedar or in pressure treated timber.
