4 more images availableThe Malvern Holt Garden Office is a practical yet attractive variation of Malvern's superb Garden Office collection. The full specification is shown below but, in brief, it is extremely well insulated, double glazed so that level temperatures can be maintained with a minimum of trouble, and it features an entrance porch to keep the worst of the weather away from anyone waiting to come in or while you are unlocking the door! It is available with an attractive range of colours both internally and externally.
In common with our other Malvern Garden Offices, it can have roof velux windows and the possibility of fitting cedar roof shingles.

Holt Garden Office 12ft x 10ft
This inviting picture of a 12ft x 10ft 'Holt' Garden Office was taken in the early evening. A huge range of sizes are available ( see the Hallow Garden Office since the Holt is really just a Hallow with a porch ! )
This building has a single door but the porch is easily extended to accomodate a double door.
This Holt garden Office is finished externally in Rush Green on cedar cladding, it has a painted internal mdf lining, cedar shingle roof, gutters and downpipes.
Holt Garden Office 12ft x 10ft
Another 12 x 10 Holt, but this time with 'Cottage Style' windows and door. This illustrates that every building can be built to the style you specify.
PVCu windows are also available in white or Oak woodgrain.
Other optional features on this building are guttering, cedar shingle roof and external paint finish on cedar cladding.
Inside the office 1
This Office is fitted with an mdf lining painted in honeydew. The windows and skirting boards are 'Medium Oak'.
Also fitted in the picture is one of our range of tiled laminate floors.
Our Holt Garden Offices are fully double glazed and insulated so are easy to keep warm all year round.

This Garden Office has the standard tongued and grooved Redwood ( Pine ) lining.
The windows and skirting boards are finished in white.

Prices
Each Malvern Garden Office is built to order. We have a 'standard' pricelist which we will be delighted to send you but please remember that we can build to almost any size.
All of our GBC branches will be able to answer your pricing queries or contact us via the website.
Installation Services
GBC are able to offer a mainland UK wide installation service for all of the Malvern Garden Offices ( up to the Caledonian Canal ) using the manufacturers' own fitting teams. They know the buildings back to front and inside out ! Fitting generally takes no more than two days. Groundwork is not part of the installation package.
The Malvern Garden Offices are delivered by the installation crew so you won't have a building sitting around for a few days awaiting installation, a common problem elsewhere. Not only that, but the balance of your payment will not be due until the fitters have completed their work so you can be sure of the opportunity to inspect the quality of your new office prior to that payment.
