The verandah gives protection to the double front doors which are a standard feature. The full specification is shown below but, in brief, it is extremely well insulated and double glazed so that level temperatures can be maintained with a minimum of trouble. Not only is it functional, but it is also attractive with a full range of colours to choose from and the possibility of fitting cedar roof shingles.

Henwick Garden Office 16ft x 14ft
This 16ft x 14ft Henwick Garden Office is typically versatile ... it is divided into two compartments, one is used as office space while the other is used to store documents. The fact that the building is double glazed and insulated makes it perfectly suited for this. This Henwick is finished with a translucent green on Redwood (pine)cladding. Inside it is lined with an attractive moulded mdf which is finished in 'Honeydew'. Located beneath a big pine tree, the owners chose cedar shingles for the roof for their strength and durability.
Henwick Garden Office 14ft x 12ft
The internal area of this building is 14ft x 8ft since the verandah, floored with decking board, is 4ft wide. This was one of the first Henwicks we sold and was finished in Ice Blue with Cornsilk windows, doors and interior.
Installation of a building this size takes no more than two days as our skilled teams of fitters know every component inside out ! This building features a cedar shingle roof rather than the standard bitumen felt roof tiles.
Henwick Garden Office 24ft x 12ft
This is a Henwick with a difference ! The verandah and double doors are on the gable end as this was required for access. This building has a partition at the far end which is the reason for the vent window you can see at the right hand side which gives light into that area.
This building is finished in Medium Oak which is the standard finish for Henwicks. A choice of 12 alternative colour options is available. Cedar roof shingles, gutters and downpipes are also optional items.
Henwick Garden Office 20ft x 16ft
This eyecatching building is the Henwick Garden Office we use as our sales and information office at our Milton Keynes branch. The main colour is 'Wild Grape' with a two tone effect given by 'Ice Blue' windows.
Every branch of GBC has a large Henwick Garden Office as the main sales area so you can be sure to see this building in operation. We wouldn't use them if they weren't secure, warm and easy to maintain!
Inside the office 1
This Office is fitted with an mdf lining painted in honeydew. The windows and skirting boards are 'Medium Oak'.
Also fitted in the picture is one of our range of tiled laminate floors.
Our Henwick Garden Offices are fully double glazed and insulated so are easy to keep warm all year round.

This Garden Office has the standard tongued and grooved Redwood ( Pine ) lining.

Cedar Shingle Roof
Pressure treated Canadian Western Red Cedar shingle roof tiles are an attractive option on our garden office range. Laid on top of a mineralised bitumen roofing felt, the roof will therefore be totally weatherproof. Pressure treatment ensures that preservative penetrates deep into the cedar shingles.
Until December 2008 the shingles were treated with a wash of preservative but all new buildings will now benefit from the pressure treatment.

Each Malvern Garden Office is built to order. We have a 'standard' pricelist which we will be delighted to send you but please remember that we can build to almost any size.

Installation Services
GBC are able to offer a mainland UK wide installation service for all of the Malvern Garden Offices ( up to the Caledonian Canal ) using the manufacturers' own fitting teams. They know the buildings back to front and inside out ! Fitting generally takes no more than two days. Groundwork is not part of the installation package.
The Malvern Garden Offices are delivered by the installation crew so you won't have a building sitting around for a few days awaiting installation, a common problem elsewhere. Not only that, but the balance of your payment will not be due until the fitters have completed their work so you can be sure of the opportunity to inspect the quality of your new office prior to that payment.
