A flat roof is supplied as standard (see our photo gallery at the bottom of the page) or this new 'Pent' roof design means that it doesn't tower over your neighbours fence! The lower roof makes it easier to keep warm too.
Fully double glazed and insulated, it is available in twelve colour choices and with the option of a sliding door.
Sizes from 12ft x 8ft to 18ft x 10ft are available and, as usual, if you want us to amend the design to accommodate your particular requirements we'll be glad to provide a quotation.

This Hatton features a number of features available for 2010 ... a new colour for a start to add to our current selection of attractive colours. Look closely and you will see that the windows and door handles are brushed chrome rather than the usual brass fittings.
This Hatton has outward opening French doors ( which are standard ) rather than sliding doors as pictured elsewhere on this page. The customer's electrician has matched the chromework with concealed chrome spotlights in the front roof overhang ... along with the dark deluxe laminate floor the effect is stunning.

All Malvern Garden Offices are installed by the manufacturer's bespoke fitting teams. Toughened safety glass is used in all windows and doors.
Hatton Garden Office 12ft x 8ft
Contrast this photo of the straight roofed Hatton with the 'drop nose' version of it shown alongside. This roof shape is the standard version whereas the dropped roof is optional at no additional cost.
This 12ft x 8ft Hatton is finished in 'Medium Oak' on Redwood cladding, has a coloured mdf internal lining and an attractive laminate floor. The sliding door is optional.
The two small vent windows, provided for ventilation and light, are visible in the back wall.

Hatton Garden Office 12ft x 8ft
This Hatton Garden Office is 12ft x 8ft Standard features include Medium Oak finish externally as pictured and pine tongued and grooved lining internally. The building pictured has an mdf painted lining. The roof is covered with bitumen felt tiles, black in this case but red or green are also available; they are visible here as the roof is dual pitched which is a no-cost option, the single pitch is standard.
Two rear vent windows giving light and ventilation are supplied as standard features but this building does not have them.
The sliding door is an optional item ... the Hatton generally has a pair of outward opening french doors like the Hanley Garden Office.
Internal finish for the Hatton Garden Office
The Hatton, in its basic format, has a pine tongued and grooved lining on the walls and the internal ceiling too. This picture illustrates the mdf lining upgrade which gives you the choice of twelve different colour finishes. In practice, 97% of our mdf lined buildings go out with 'Honeydew' paint finish as illustrated . It's clean and bright and sets the rest of the building off to good effect.
Also in the picture is one of the two vent windows provided with the Hatton.

Prices
Each Malvern Garden Office is built to order. We have a 'standard' pricelist which we will be delighted to send you but please remember that we can build to almost any size.
All of our GBC branches will be able to answer your pricing queries or contact us via the website.
Installation Services
GBC are able to offer a mainland UK wide installation service for all of the Malvern Garden Offices ( up to the Caledonian Canal ) using the manufacturers' own fitting teams. They know the buildings back to front and inside out ! Fitting generally takes no more than two days. Groundwork is not part of the installation package.
The Malvern Garden Offices are delivered by the installation crew so you won't have a building sitting around for a few days awaiting installation, a common problem elsewhere. Not only that, but the balance of your payment will not be due until the fitters have completed their work so you can be sure of the opportunity to inspect the quality of your new office prior to that payment.
