You can see why 'Malvern Green' is the most popular colour choice in our office range. This Hanley also has an internal paint finish instead of the standard tongued and grooved pine finish. The two rear vent windows and a velux window, set into the cedar shingles in the front of the roof, cast additional light onto the tiled laminate floor ( also one of the options available with all of our garden offices ).

This is a very good example of the Hanley with standard features including Medium Oak finish externally and pine tongued and grooved lining internally. The roof is covered with bitumen felt tiles, black in this case but red or green are also available. The two rear vent windows give light and ventilation and can be supplemented by fitting a velux roof window. This building is in use as a comfortable additional living area rather than as an office ... it could equally well be used as an artist's studio, a playroom or a home gymnasium!

Hanley Garden Office Pent Roof 12ft x 8ft

This pent roof version of the Hanley displays a number of new features available since 2010 ... a new colour for a start to add to our current selection of attractive colours. Look closely and you will see that the windows and door handles are brushed chrome rather than the usual brass fittings.

This Hanley has outward opening French doors. The customer's electrician has matched the chromework with concealed chrome spotlights in the front roof overhang ... along with the dark deluxe laminate floor the effect is stunning.

This building also features an additional window at each end.

This is a new version of the Hanley Pent, introduced for 2012; the 'wings' at each side of the front have been removed ( contrast with the other pictures of the Hanley Pent on this page ).

The building shown is finished in Stone Green and has a 'Seaside Pine' laminate floor. Also worth a mention are the vent windows at each end which are optional. This building is lined with moulded mdf which is painted 'Honeydew'.

This Hanley is finished in Malvern Green on cedar external cladding.The interior mdf lining is 'Honeydew' making it bright and clean inside. The roof is attractively styled and, in this instance, is finished with cedar shingles for good looks and durability. Note the plain bargeboards, used in this instance as the building is fitted with gutters and downpipe. Other pictures of the hipped roof Hanley on this page show a cedar shingle facia.

Hanley Garden Office Hipped Roof 14ft x 10ft

Introduced in 2010: Our 14ft x 10ft Hanley display model at our Southampton display centre which is finished in Malvern Green.

Installation takes around a day and a half providing an appropriate base has been constructed in advance. Please ask our staff for advice on the necessary groundwork.

You will see that the eaves on this example have been finished with cedar shingles ... this is optional on all of our garden offices and outdoor rooms however, if you wish to fit guttering you will need to specify painted bargeboards rather than the shingles.

Hanley Garden Office Hipped Roof 14ft x 10ft

A 14ft x 10ft Hanley display model previously at our Wolverhampton display centre which is finished in White Smoke.

This has now been sold on as an ex demonstartion model, a policy we follow with all of our buildings to ensure that they are always kept up to date with the latest features.

The doors can be fitted in any two panels but the positions need to be specified at the time of order.

Cedar Shingle Roof

Pressure treated Canadian Western Red Cedar shingle roof tiles are an attractive option on our garden office range. Laid on top of a mineralised bitumen roofing felt, the roof will therefore be totally weatherproof.

Pressure treatment ensures that preservative penetrates deep into the cedar shingles.

Hanley Pent Roof Internal mdf lining and privacy windows

The standard internal finish for the Hanley is tongued and grooved pine. However, you can choose to have a painted mdf lining as illustrated which makes the building a little lighter and the walls smoother and easier to clean.

Also shown here are our smallest privacy vent windows : there are two sizes of privacy vent available. The larger vent windows are shown elsewhere in this photo gallery and you can choose which you prefer at no additional cost.

Hanley Hipped Roof Internal mdf lining

The Hipped roof version of the Hanley is finished internally with tongued and grooved pine or with MDF as pictured. Here the MDF is finished in 'Honeydew' paint finish which gives the room an airy and spacious feel.

Hanley Custom built 12ft x 8ft with radius corners

I've included this picture to show the 'Radius Corner' version of the Hanley.

This is a good example of the flexible approach Malvern are able to take when constructing Garden Offices.. translating customers ideas into reality.

The colour isn't from our normal range either ... but we have painted buildings bright green and yellow before now to match our customers' requirements !

Hanley Custom built 12ft x 8ft with dual pitch roof

This custom built Hanley has a dual pitch pent roof and a sliding door to meet the customer's exact requirement.  Standard features include Medium Oak finish externally as pictured.

Two rear vent windows giving light and ventilation are supplied as standard with the Hanley but this building did not require them.

Inside the office 1

This Malvern Garden Office is fitted with an mdf lining painted in honeydew. The windows and skirting boards are 'Medium Oak'.

Also fitted in the picture is one of our range of tiled laminate floors.

Our Hanley Garden Offices are fully double glazed and insulated so are easy to keep warm all year round.

This Malvern Garden Office has the standard tongued and grooved Redwood ( Pine ) lining you would find inside the Hanley.

The windows and skirting boards are finished in white.

Deluxe Laminate Floor

Pictured here is one of the range of deluxe laminate floors available for our Garden Office range.

We also have a selection of tiled laminate floors available.

Vent windows

Two vent windows (only one on 8ft long model) are fitted as standard in the back wall of every Hanley Garden Office to provide ventilation and light.

There are two lockable casement stays and two trickle vents on each window.

Half length End Window

This half length window gives ventilation at the front corners of the building.

Velux Roof Window

Optional with the Hipped roof and Apex roof versions of the Hanley, a Velux roof window provides high level ventilation and light.

Shown here just after installation, the instruction book is still fixed to the glass !
