Hallow Garden Office 12ft x 8ft
This is a good illustration of the Hallow Garden Office in 'Medium Oak' which is the standard finish. This particular building is 12ft x 8ft, has red felt roof tiles, a single door, pine internal lining, double glazing and insulation and three 1.2m x 1.2m casement windows. All of these are standard features. Optional downpipe and gutters have been chosen with this building.
Hallow Garden Office 12ft x 8ft
PVCu windows and single door in woodgrain effect are features of this 12ft x 8ft Hallow. In other respects it is fairly standard in that it has Medium Oak external finish, pine internal lining and felt roof tiles.
Optional downpipe and gutters are also included.
Hallow Garden Office 10ft x 8ft
PVCu windows and single door in white are fitted on this 10ft x 8ft Hallow. Medium Oak external finish, pine internal lining and black felt roof tiles are standard items.
Optional downpipe and gutters are also shown: these can be in white, brown or black.
A choice of tiled or wood effect laminate floors are available with all of our Hallow Garden Offices.
Hallow Garden Office 12ft x 8ft
PVCu windows and double door in oak woodgrain are shown to good effect in this picture of a 12ft x 8ft Medium Oak finish Hallow.
All Hallow Garden Offices are fully double glazed and insulated but some customers prefer their windows and doors to be entirely maintenance free !
Hallow Garden Office 10ft x 8ft
Another 10ft x 8ft Hallow ( It's a popular size ! )... this time with a number of added features. This building has a double door, cedar shingles on the roof, a tiled laminate floor, gutters and downpipes.
The external cladding is cedarwood which has then been painted in 'Malvern Green' colouring ( our most popular choice after Medium Oak ). The windows and doors are painted with 'Honeydew'. The inside has the optional mdf lining, painted with Honeydew, which finishes the building superbly.
Hallow Garden Office 12ft x 6ft
This 12ft x 6ft Hallow Garden Office required access from the end rather than the front. A set of windows along the front face provided plenty of light for our customer.
The paint finish is Malvern Green with Windows and doors in White. Optional cedar shingle roof and gutters are fitted.
Hallow Garden Office 10ft x 6ft
This 10ft x 6ft Hallow was on show at one of our branches and later fitted comfortably into our customer's garden as an ex-display sale. We sell all of our display offices every couple of years to ensure that the buildings we have on display at our 23 branches are always up to date with the latest features.
This building is painted in two tone green ( Malvern Green and Moss Green ) and has a shingle roof.
Inside the office 1
This Office is fitted with an mdf lining painted in honeydew. The windows and skirting boards are 'Medium Oak'.
Also fitted in the picture is one of our range of tiled laminate floors.
Our Hallow Garden Offices are fully double glazed and insulated so are easy to keep warm all year round.

Cedar Shingle Roof
Pressure treated Canadian Western Red Cedar shingle roof tiles are an attractive option on our garden office range. Laid on top of a mineralised bitumen roofing felt, the roof will therefore be totally weatherproof. Pressure treatment ensures that preservative penetrates deep into the cedar shingles.
Until December 2008 the shingles were treated with a wash of preservative but all new buildings will now benefit from the pressure treatment.
Medium Oak finish on Redwood cladding
External cladding on the Garden Office range is 12mm Scandinavian Redwood tongue and groove boarding. These boards are pre-sprayed prior to fixing to prevent shrinkage marks. In total they receive three coats of your chosen colour.
All Malvern Garden Offices carry the manufacturer's 10 year timber guarantee.
Translucent Green finish on Redwood cladding
From our colour range... translucent green is a popular choice on Redwood clad buildings. Translucent colours don't hide the natural beauty of the timber so you can see the grain of the timber and the knots beneath the coloured surface.
Medium Oak on Cedar cladding
This illustrates the use of Medium Oak finish on Cedar cladding.
Canadian Western Red Cedar is an optional upgrade - Cedar contains its own natural oils which protects it against rot. It is a beautiful, almost knot free timber which will give many years of service.
Holt Garden Office 12ft x 10ft
This picture is included here as the 'Holt' Garden Office is really just a Hallow with a porch ! This 12ft x 10ft building has a single door but the porch is easily extended to accomodate a double door.
Pictured in the evening, this building is finished externally in Rush Green on cedar cladding, it has a painted internal mdf lining, cedar shingle roof, gutters and downpipes.
Garden Office door hinges
Take a close look at the quality of these brass door hinges.
Your office door needs to be well supported as it contains toughened double glazed sealed units.
Three hinges are fitted on each door.

Each Malvern Garden Office is built to order. We have a 'standard' pricelist which we will be delighted to send you but please remember that we can build to almost any size.

Installation Services
GBC are able to offer a mainland UK wide installation service for all of the Malvern Garden Offices ( up to the Caledonian Canal ) using the manufacturers' own fitting teams. They know the buildings back to front and inside out ! Fitting generally takes no more than two days. Groundwork is not part of the installation package.
The Malvern Garden Offices are delivered by the installation crew so you won't have a building sitting around for a few days awaiting installation, a common problem elsewhere. Not only that, but the balance of your payment will not be due until the fitters have completed their work so you can be sure of the opportunity to inspect the quality of your new office prior to that payment.
