The Malvern Custom Built Studio is a revolutionary building - giving you complete freedom to design an outdoor room to fit your exact requirements.
The building shown at the top of these pictures has been built to an 'L' shape, with concertina doors to make the most of the decking area and maximize the fresh air inside the Studio.
The walls of the Studio at the top of this picture have been plastered, painted and fitted with heating and a flat screen television. We've installed lighting and electrics within the walls and decking to produce an outdoor building that is just like an extension to your home.
Shown in the bottom picture is another example of the Studio system. In this case built into an awkward corner setting at our customer's property. This Malvern Custom Studio is Cedar clad with a traditional tiled roof and PVCu windows. It's a world away from the construction of the top building.
So, as you can see, we can design and build pretty much anything !
To produce a building to your specification, a survey is required by our specialist surveyors. We will be happy to discuss your ideas with you and provide you with drawings and costings to ensure that we can produce the building that meets your exact requirements and gives you many years of service.

This is a fine example of our custom building service creating a light, open and airy space in the garden with a modern twist ! The folding aluminium doors enable the whole front to open up to enjoy the south facing aspect and even the decking is part of this project. Inside, every detail has been carefully crafted to make this truly a home from home.

Cedar has its own natural oils and will last for many, many years without rotting, although it does benefit periodically from a coat of a quality preservative.
