Malvern Corner Hanley Garden Office

The Malvern Corner Hanley Garden Office is another superb variation on the Malvern Garden Office theme. Designed specifically to back into a corner of the garden, this office maximises use of what might otherwise be wasted space. Not only that, but its carefully crafted style is a real eye opener.
The full specification is shown below but, in brief, it is extremely well insulated, double glazed so that level temperatures can be maintained with a minimum of trouble, and it features an overhanging front roof to shelter the double front doors.
The Malvern Corner Hanley Garden Office is glazed with full length toughened safety glass, maximising the amount of light available. It is available with an attractive range of colours both internally and externally.
In common with our other Malvern Garden Offices, it can have roof velux windows and the possibility of fitting cedar roof shingles.

The Corner Hanley is shown here in Translucent Green, one of our most popular colour choices which blends readily with most garden schemes. Fitted with gutters and downpipe, laminate floor, internal mdf lining, and cedar roof shingles, this is a building which is stylish and functional. All glazing is with toughened safety glass and floor, roof and walls are all insulated to back up the double glazed sealed units. It's a building for all year round use and will give many years of use with a minimum of maintenance.

The Corner Hanley Garden Office features full length glazed windows but this building shows the optional mid rail available on the door.

It is finished in translucent green. This building features a cedar shingle roof ( the roof shape has been amended since this picture was taken to run to one point )

Corner Hanley 10ft x 10ft

This 10ft x 10ft Corner Hanley Garden Office is designed to maximise the use of space in your garden. Full length windows make it a very pleasant, light environment. Two small vent windows at the back give good ventilation and a velux roof window can be added if required. The building pictured has optional cedar roof shingles fitted instead of the standard bitumen felt roof tiles.

Vent windows

Two vent windows are fitted as standard in the back wall of every Hanley Corner Garden Office to provide ventilation and light.

There are two lockable casement stays and two trickle vents on each window.

Each Malvern Garden Office is built to order. We have a 'standard' pricelist which we will be delighted to send you but please remember that we can build to almost any size.

Installation Services

GBC are able to offer a mainland UK wide installation service for all of the Malvern Garden Offices ( up to the Caledonian Canal ) using the manufacturers' own fitting teams. They know the buildings back to front and inside out ! Fitting generally takes no more than two days. Groundwork is not part of the installation package.

The Malvern Garden Offices are delivered by the installation crew so you won't have a building sitting around for a few days awaiting installation, a common problem elsewhere. Not only that, but the balance of your payment will not be due until the fitters have completed their work so you can be sure of the opportunity to inspect the quality of your new office prior to that payment.
