Using the Marley extensive range of top quality roof tiles means the Leofric Heritage range of garages is equally at home in both town and country with numerous choices of tile colour and profile to match your property. It's high specification traditional roof construction incorporates felt and timber battens for excellent weather and insulation performance. The roof pitch is the reverse of most garages with the doors in the lower side which makes this building a unique choice!
Pictured here is the Leofric Heritage garage, 16' 10" x 16' 8" with optional cedar front doors.

Heritage Double Garage 16'10 x 16'8
The Heritage Garage range are attractive and extremely well built. Steel portal frames brace the entire building ensuring many years of untroubled service.
This size of Heritage Garage is fitted with double doors ... in this instance the building shows the optional cedar up and over doors. Normally they are white-primed galvanised steel.
Also visible in this picture is the optional cedar end door.
Heritage Double Garage 16'10 x 16'8
Shown on a miserable winter's day, this Heritage Garage has two white Georgian front doors. The aggregate finish is 'Cotswold', one of four options available.
There's a choice of genuine Marley roof tiles in several colours and profiles to ensure as near a match as possible to your existing house tiles.
One additional item is shown on this building : the personnel door at the RH side.

Also shown is the cedar front door option. Cedar has its own natural oils and will not rot, it's a popular choice as it tends to blend in better in country locations.
Marley roof tiles. Guttering
These genuine Marley roof tiles make a more permanent feature of your garage than most other sectional garages on the market. You can choose from several different colours and profiles. You'll see that the ends are neatly finished with the same type of closures used on any modern domestic roof.
Heritage garages are fitted with guttering and downpipes at the front and the rear.
Personnel door
Personnel doors are available fitted in either the side or the rear.
The personnel door can be provided in cedar ( as shown ) or in white galvanised steel.
Steel portal frames, Cement fillet
You can see how the steel portal frame is concreted into the base in this detailed shot of the intersection of floor and sides. This ensures that the heavy roof stays where it is put !
Each Heritage Garage is installed by the manufacturers and they finish the job by cementing around the internal perimeter to prevent any significant water ingress.
Traditionally built roof
The roof is strongly braced with steel portal frames and then overlaid with timber joists. The roof is then felted and tiled in the traditional way.
