The Compton Apex Spar Double garage is available in two versions, a standard height model (see 'apex spar double' page) and the 'High' version which gives additional entry height. This double high garage comes with two single doors sized appropriately for the width you choose and is available in widths of 16ft 6in, 17ft, 18ft 6in, 19ft and 21ft (see below for full list of sizes). The height is 6 inches higher than the standard model for taller vehicles, ideal if you own a campervan, minibus or large people carrier.
The Double Apex High model marries quality with a feel of spaciousness. It's also the most versatile and felxible of Compton's famous designs allowing you to specify without comprmise. Want a single or double space? Want a specific size or length to suit your individual needs? Garage or workshop? Its your call.
'Spar' refers to the attractive maintenance free aggregate finish on the outside of the concrete panels. The concrete panels are reinforced with steel, securely bolted together and internally sealed with mastic to provide many years of service. Long- lasting and solid, these garages offer superb value for money.
If having a maintenance-free option is your preference, then PVCu fascias and windows (either fixed or opening) are for you.
With your main structure in place, you can personalise until your heart is content. Choose from four different coloured fibre cement roof sheets or granular steel roof tiles in a choice of six colours. There are numerous up-and-over door styles in a choice of finishes, meaning you can have the Apex garage that meets your every need.
